Replies normally go out within 3 business days. There is no phone line and no live chat — this is a one-person project, and email is the honest channel to promise.

Payments, receipts, and refunds

Checkout that did not complete, points that did not arrive, a subscription you want cancelled, or a refund request. Include the order reference from your receipt.

Data requests

A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account. Write from the address on your Google account so the request can be verified without extra steps.

[Bug]

A conversion that went wrong

Output that does not match the source, a file that will not open, or an error message you cannot get past. The file type and the page number matter more than a screenshot of the whole screen.

Faster than waiting for a reply

Three questions arrive most often, and all three already have an answer on the site.

Why did this page cost four points instead of one?

The PDF had no usable text layer, so it went through OCR. The pricing page explains how the two rates are decided.

Where did my converted file go?

Results are never saved to an account. Download or copy the Markdown before leaving the page — the about page explains why there is no history library.

The table came out wrong. Is that fixable?

Usually yes, and usually by choosing a different export profile or checking the source map. The quality guide walks through the failure modes.

What to put in the message

A first reply that solves the problem needs about four lines of context. Skip the apology, include these instead:

  • The email address on your Google account, if the question touches your balance.
  • What you converted: a text PDF, a scanned PDF, a photo, or a .docx.
  • What you expected and what you got, with the page number where they differ.
  • The order reference from your receipt, for anything about money.

Who answers

pdfmd.org is built and run by an independent developer rather than a company, which is why there is one address instead of a support tier. The trade-off is honest: replies are not instant, but they come from someone who can actually change the code.

Nothing broken — just want to try it?

Open the converter and run a real PDF through it. Page analysis starts in your browser and the source panel shows where every block came from.
