Does your purchase qualify?

Two lists, no small print. If every line in the first list is true of your purchase, the refund is approved on request.

Refunded in full

  • The purchase was made 14 days ago or less.
  • No points from that purchase have been spent on a completed conversion.
  • The request comes from the Google account that made the purchase.
  • A feature you paid for was withdrawn or never worked — this one is refunded regardless of the 14-day window.

Not refunded

  • Points that have already been spent on completed conversions.
  • A Pro period that has been used, once the allowance for that period has been drawn down.
  • Purchases older than 14 days where the points are still unused — write anyway, these are reviewed individually.
  • Currency conversion fees or card charges added by your bank, which we never receive.

When you receive what you paid for

Everything sold here is digital and delivered to your account, not shipped. After checkout the payment provider confirms the payment to the service, and the points appear on your balance — normally within seconds, and the pricing page keeps checking for a short while after you return from checkout.

If a payment succeeded but the balance has not moved after a few minutes, that is a delivery failure and not a refund question. Send the order reference to support@pdfmd.org and the points will be applied manually.

Points come back on their own when a conversion fails

This is worth separating from money. Points are reserved before a conversion and only committed when pages finish. A conversion that fails releases the reservation automatically, so a failed page costs nothing and needs no request from you.

If a conversion completed but the output is unusable — the wrong pages, an unreadable result from a legible source — that is a quality problem, and it is handled by writing to support with the details rather than through this refund policy.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@pdfmd.org

Use the address on your Google account and put "Refund" in the subject line so it is routed correctly.

  2. Include the order details

The purchase date, which product it was, and the order reference from the payment provider's receipt.

  3. Get a decision within 3 business days

Eligible requests are approved in the first reply. If something is unclear, you get a question rather than a silent rejection.

  4. The provider returns the money

The refund is issued through Waffo to the original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5 to 10 business days.

Refund questions

I bought points but used one page by accident. Can I still get a refund?

The strict rule is that spent points end eligibility, but a single accidental page is exactly the case worth writing about. Send the details within the 14-day window and it will be looked at individually.

Will I get a refund if I cancel Pro halfway through a month?

No. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the period you already paid for ends. Unused allowance points are removed when the subscription finally ends, so use them before that date.

Do the 500 points from the one-time pack expire?

No. Permanent points stay on the balance until they are spent, which is why keeping them is usually a better outcome than refunding them.

What if the conversion quality is bad rather than the purchase being wrong?

Write to support with the file type and what went wrong. Failed pages already cost zero points, and a genuine quality failure is corrected or credited rather than argued about.

Can I get a refund after my account was suspended?

If the suspension was not for abuse, unused permanent points are refunded on request. See the suspension clause in the terms of service.

Which currency is refunded?

The same US dollar amount that was charged, back to the original payment method. Any exchange-rate difference or card fee your bank applied is set by your bank, not by us.

Still deciding whether to buy?

Check what a page point actually costs first. Text PDF pages are one point, OCR pages are four, and failed pages are free — the pricing page works through it with real numbers.
